The rates for Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend are $70 per person, per night.

The rates for the rest of the year are $60 per person, per night.

If you are having a wedding the rental rate for the barn is $1500. The barn is not available alone; you also have to rent the lodge. The barn is only available from mid-May through the end of September. The barn rental fee is non-refundable upon booking.

The tiny house is only available from mid-May through September. It is $150 extra per night.

All bookings get 10% off if your group has more than 30 guest and 11% tax is added to all bookings.
